Our first Street Photography Workshop ended recently and I have to say what a great experience it was. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. After all, scheduling it a week before Thanksgiving– the weather was cold at times, rainy other times but the students were all passionate about hitting the streets of New York City and despite the uncomfortable weather, they produced great work that I’m very proud of. In the evenings, we saw street photography movies that inspired us and after viewing Finding Vivian Maier, we met up at the Howard Greenberg Gallery where her work was being exhibited. It’s an amazing story and street work is so good.
Take a look for yourself.
Great seeing last year’s work. Hope to see you at the Mermaid Festival.
