Hey Guy, I wanted to invite you to a weekly photo critique along with the good people at B&H Photo. It will be a four-week run and I’m looking forward to seeing your work and commenting on it. It’s free.
From B&H: It feels good to hear nice things about your photos from friends, relatives and fellow photographers, but pats on the back are far less useful than meaningful, constructive criticism.
Putting our photography out into the world—seeking opinions and critique we can use to improve and push ourselves forward is essential to our development as photographers.
In this session, Steve Simon The Passionate Photographer will give an honest evaluation of the photographs submitted—talking about what works, what doesn’t and how photographs can be improved. You will learn as much from the critiques of other photographer’s images as you will about critiques of your own images.
Please submit no more than 3 images between 4-5000px on the long side in JPG/PNG format to eventspacereviews@gmail.com. The deadline for submissions is 11pm November 10th. Submissions are subject to review in compliance with B&H’s modesty standards, and we reserve the right to exclude any images that do not comply. Due to time limitations, we may not be able to critique all submissions.
